Information that Titan Collects

Right to request deletion of personal data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data provided by or obtained about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

Titan uses automated technology on the websites for reasons related to necessary business functions, website operation, security and performance, as well as for analytics purposes as defined below.

Analytics

We and/or third parties, including service providers on our behalf, may use analytics programs, which may include cookies, web beacons and other similar technology, to improve our products and services.

Specifically, we use Google Analytics to understand how our website performs and how you use it. Do Not Track Notice

Some websites have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. However, these features are not all uniform because there are not yet common, industry-accepted “do not track” standards and systems. As such, Titan does not currently respond to those signals.

All websites that this Notice applies to are meant for adults (individuals over 18 years old). Titan does not knowingly collect personally data from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practical. California Shine the Light Disclosure Information

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section §1798.83) provides certain rights to California residents that have an established business relationship with us with regard to the disclosure of certain types of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Titan does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
